Since yesterday, we have driven about 250 kilometers. The two months before that (the lockdown), 80 kilometers. As you can imagine, we are absolutely thrilled that we can make some excursions again. On Saturday, I will publish a post about the transition to Phase 1 (here in the province of Granada) and the implications it has for travel bloggers like yours truly. And also… the confusion!
Anyway, today we went back to one of our favorite places in the province of Granada: the Embalse de Los Bermejales, an artificial lake, about 50 kilometers to the west of the city of Granada. We discovered it last year in February and have been there several times since. The lake changes color, depending on the moment of the day and the season. I still had to photograph some locations around the lake and today I accomplished this mission!
This is the small town of Arenas del Rey. So far, we had ignored it. But not today! Full post about the lake and its surroundings shortly on this site.
